If you have been scammed, a seller or others made important promises to you that never came true when you were buying your home or car, or a product or service was not as represented (for instance, a fireproof item is not, in fact, fireproof), you may have been victimized. Tennessee law prohibits a seller from making deceptive representations to a consumer purchaser and gives the aggrieved consumer the right to file suit, recover treble damages, and be awarded an attorney's fee.

Mr. Craft, a member of the firm, formerly headed the Consumer Protection Division at the Tennessee Attorney General's Office. During that time, he brought or was responsible for consumer protection litigation brought by the State.
