Mr. Craft is a seasoned litigator with nearly a quarter century courtroom experience. Previously, Mr. Craft served as the Deputy Attorney General for the State of Tennessee. He co-authors a yearly review of Supreme Court decisions for the Tennessee Bar Association. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, he is licensed to practice law in Tennessee; the eastern, western, and middle districts of the U.S. District Court in Tennessee; the U.S. Court of Appeal, Sixth Circuit; and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of both the Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
He handles complex litigation in the areas of class action, mass tort, medical malpractice, personal injury, criminal law, family law, and Qui Tam/False Claims Act. He provides continuing legal education for other attorneys on the United States Supreme Court decisions nationally and on behalf of the Tennessee Bar Association. He has also co-authored a number of articles for the Nashville Business Journal.
His interests include baseball, reading, travel, and writing. He lives with his son and wife in Brentwood, Tennessee.
